RevLogic ("we", "us", "our") provides a B2B sales intelligence application ("Service") for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you install and use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

When you install RevLogic on your Shopify store, we receive:

  • Shopify shop metadata (shop domain, owner email, shop name)
  • Order history (order line items, totals, dates, fulfillment status)
  • Customer records (name, email, address, order history)
  • Product catalog (titles, SKUs, vendor, product type, variants)
  • App settings you configure (lookback period, order threshold)

We do not collect payment card information, store passwords, or any data outside the Shopify scopes you grant at installation.

2. How we use your data

We use synced data to:

  • Compute customer health scores, churn risk, and product gap insights
  • Render the dashboard inside your Shopify Admin
  • Enable draft order creation workflows you initiate
  • Provide support when you contact us

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage and security

Data is stored in an encrypted database hosted in the United States. Connections are secured with TLS. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and logged.

4. Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall RevLogic, we honor Shopify's mandatory webhooks and permanently delete all of your shop's data within 30 days, in line with Shopify's data protection requirements. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us at the address below.

5. Your rights

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the shop owner and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
