Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevLogic application ("Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account and eligibility

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install third-party apps on it to use RevLogic. You are responsible for the actions taken under your account.

2. Subscription and billing

RevLogic is offered as a subscription via Shopify's billing system. Pricing for each tier is shown on our pricing page and at install. Charges renew monthly until you uninstall the app. Each new install is eligible for a 7-day free trial; you will not be billed during the trial.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Service to violate Shopify's terms or any applicable law
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission

4. Intellectual property

RevLogic and its underlying code, design, and trademarks are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your store data; we receive a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including Shopify), and unforeseen incidents may cause downtime.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that the insights it produces are suitable for any particular business decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify Admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
