If you sell B2B on Shopify, you’ve probably hit this wall: the order history is rich, but Shopify Admin shows it customer-by-customer. There’s no rolled-up view of who’s drifting, who’s underbuying, or which accounts are about to churn.
So your sales team exports to CSV. Or pays for a heavyweight CRM that doesn’t speak Shopify. Or — most often — they just guess.
What we changed
RevLogic computes a unified customer intelligence layer from the data Shopify already has:
- Health scores — a 0–100 composite of recency, frequency, and monetary signals
- Churn risk alerts — surfaces customers drifting past their normal purchase cycle
- Product gap analysis — shows what each customer buys and what they don’t (yet)
- One-click draft orders — compose a draft order from any customer card and hand it back to Shopify Admin
It runs entirely inside your Shopify Admin via App Bridge. No external CRM, no CSV exports, no separate login.
